The Winchester Bourne Team

Nicole joined Winchester Bourne in 2017 having worked as a Business & Financial Analyst at BAe, a Financial Manager at De La Rue and the Financial Controller for a management consultancy firm.

Since joining Winchester Bourne Nicole has championed GDPR not only for Winchester Bourne but as an offering for clients and new customers alike struggling through the bureaucratic minefield.

She is also currently working to develop Winchester Bourne’s offering regarding Making Tax Digital and analysing the impact this will have on any of Winchester Bourne’s clients particularly where Vat will be reported under MTD from April 2019.

Nicole has excellent payroll knowledge and manages several of Winchester Bourne’s clients’ monthly payrolls.

Whilst her tenacious spirit enables her to add real value for our clients, whether providing systems overviews, getting involved in the brass tacks or applying an intelligent mind to accounting problems and solving them she remains very sensible and calm in her approach.

Nicole is also fully accredited in Xero.

Hobbies/interests: include the gym (or in her words…well – eating cake after coming home from the gym!), going to the cinema, and travelling.
