From M3 take exit No. 11 (to Marwell Zoo)
Take the correct lane for Marwell Zoo and Twyford
Follow road (A3335) to Twyford and continue along the same road, which eventually comes to Colden Common.
At mini roundabout (Environmental Agencies) take the 1st exit (i.e. straight on) and continue along this road for about 1/4 of a mile
You will see a small sign on the right-hand side of the road for “Leylands Farm” and “Winchester Business & Accounting”
If you get as far as the Fishers Pond pub/restaurant on the left-hand side you have missed the turning for Leylands Farm!
Once you have turned into the lane leading to Leylands Farm continue until you see various business units on the left-hand side.
Turn left into the business park and continue to follow signs round to the very end and you will find us located at Unit 4.
There are parking spaces available for visitors just outside the front of our office.

Travelling on M27
Pass Rownhams Service Station
Branch left (signposted London, The Midlands) then join the M3 motorway
Leave M3 at junction 11 (signposted Winchester South and West) then at roundabout take
2nd exit onto the B3090 signposted Twyford.
Turn right onto the B3335
Follow road (B3335) to Twyford and continue along the same road, which eventually comes to Colden Common.
At mini roundabout (Environmental Agencies) take the 1st exit (i.e. straight on) and continue along this road past the church for about 1/4 of a mile – look to the right…
You will see a small sign on the right-hand side of the road for “Leylands Farm” “Norwest Holst” and “Winchester Business & Accounting”

Continue through Fair Oak direction Twyford.
Straight on at the crossroads with the Fishers Pond pub/restaurant on the right-hand side.
About 200m down the road, you will see a driveway on your left.
