The Winchester Bourne Team

Ayse was welcomed to Winchester Bourne in 2020, having previously worked in the outsourcing department of a large accounting firm that worked with a huge variety of clientele. Ayse has knowledge in many different business sectors from restaurants to bio medical. Ayse is fully accredited in Xero and can accomplish any task asked of her within Xero. Her expertise and personality make her a great deliverer of training for clients and she excels at report building and useful tasks such as customising invoicing.

She runs the day to day senior bookkeeping for many of Winchester Bourne’s Xero clients already and has excelled in all areas. She is now building upon this with gaining experience of other software and developing expertise in management accounting, budgets and forecasting

Ayse has a happy and outgoing personality that is very noticeable upon meeting her, she takes life as she finds it, she adds personality without the jargon.   

Ayse has a young and busy family life when not in the office and enjoys travels to far out places with adventure and exploration at its forefront.
