This company, based in Winchester, provides news focussed business intelligence for the renewal energy market.

Winchester Bourne has provided a professional accounts department service for them since 2011, when we replaced their part-time accountant.

Our client creates and sends their own sales invoices but has outsourced all other aspects of their accounting function, including the payroll, purchase ledger, bank reconciliation etc. to Winchester Bourne. They also provide us with direct access to their bank account to pay the net pay to their employees, statutory payments to HMRC etc.

Our service includes:

• Maintaining their accounts on Sage
• Completing and submitting their VAT returns and EC Sales Lists for them
• Running their monthly payroll
• Administering their pension.

From these records we produce:

• Timely, accurate monthly management accounts and reports

Our fees for the outsourced accounting service £795.00 plus VAT per month

We also produce:

• The annual statutory accounts and compute and submit the corporation tax return on behalf of the company.

Our fees for the production of statutory accounts and corporation tax computations £875.00 plus VAT per annum

Additional project work and adhoc assignments are carried out and charged for on an hourly basis ranging form £40.00 plus vat for a qualified Account Manager to £80.00 plus vat for a qualified Senior Account Manager.
