Winchester Bourne commencing working with this company in 2002 when we became their trusted accounting and business advisors.

The services we extend to this client include:

• The production of their statutory accounts and computation of their corporation tax returns.
• Preparing the P11ds
• Completing and submitting the directors' self assessment tax returns
• General support and Xero expertise
• Running their monthly payroll
• Providing monthly pension administration
• Providing a full range of company secretarial services
• Ongoing general business and accounting advice and support

We have also worked closely with them to undertake due diligence and company valuations on prospective business acquisitions.

In 2016 we assisted them in the formation of a second company for whom we provide annual statutory accounts, corporation tax computations along with payroll services

Our fees:

Accounts & tax £1,475.00 plus vat or company one & £775.00 plus vat per annum for company two.

Computation and filing of Directors' Self Assessment tax returns £140.00 plus vat per return.

Payroll Services £35.00 plus vat per month & £20.00 (company two) plus vat per month.

Pension administration £20.00 plus vat per month

Company secretarial work is charged at £85.00 plus vat per hour
